1. Website Purpose
This website is operated by SparkMed group L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It introduces SparkMed Group, its services, and its first software product, SparkOS. It also lets visitors request information, a demonstration, or a discussion about possible work.
2. No Automatic Agreement
Sending a form, requesting a demo, or discussing a project does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve capacity, or form a binding services agreement. Any work begins only under a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
3. Information and Proposals
Website content is general and may change. Project estimates, timelines, scopes, and commercial terms are confirmed only in a specific written proposal or agreement. We do not publish fixed pricing because requirements differ.
4. SparkOS
SparkOS access, clinic registration, subscriptions, product data, and authorized use are governed by product-specific terms made available during activation or contracting. A demo does not provide a production account or unrestricted access.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to overload or abuse forms and services.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, text, graphics, brand elements, product visuals, and software-related materials are owned by or licensed to SparkMed Group unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them beyond ordinary personal or business evaluation without permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The website may link to third-party services, including the separate SparkOS application. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for external content outside our control.
8. Availability and Liability
